Dear parent / guardian / friend
Great Wilbraham Primary School needs YOU – introducing the 100 Club
It is not too late to join our new 100 Club. The first draw will be held at the Auction of Promises on the evening of Friday 30th September.
It won’t have escaped your notice that there is a standing order form attached. Yes, it’s about money – there’s no getting away from that. However, raising money for the school could be profitable for YOU. For just £10 a month for 10 months starting now, that’s 33p a day, you can be part of our 2011/12 “100 Club” – based on no more than 100 contributors (and a minimum of 40), we will distribute at least £100 each month to the winner of the first number drawn. Better than that, in December, just in time for Christmas, three lucky winners will receive AT LEAST £500 (first prize), £250 (second prize) and £100 (third prize).
Please do help us to help the school in these austere times, and if you want to, ask friends and family if they’d like to take part – the first 100 are in.
Please return your cheque / cash for £10 for the first draw plus your completed Standing Order form for the remaining 9 draws (or a cheque / cash for £90 to cover all 10 draws) to school by 16th September if you would like to take part.

Club rules
- The cost of a ticket is £10 a month, and the CLUB runs for 10 months, September 2011 to June 2012 inclusive.
- Tickets may be purchased monthly via the standing order form available from Kim Crisp in the School Office (for £10 a month or multiples thereof if you wish to purchase more than one number) or by a one-off payment of £90 (per number purchased), via a cheque made payable to “Great Wilbraham Primary School” again to be deposited with Kim Crisp.
- Prize money for September, October, November, January, February, March, April and May shall be no less than £100 assuming at least 40 tickets are sold each month.
- Prize money for December shall be no less than £500 (first prize), £250 (second prize) and £100 (third prize). This is subject to at least 50 tickets having been sold each month to date.
- Prize money for June shall be no less than £250 (first prize), £150 (second prize) and £75 (third prize). This is subject to at least 50 tickets having been sold each month to date.
- In the event of your number being drawn you will not be able to win a second prize in the months of December or June.
- The number allotted to each member shall remain the property of that member throughout the competition, provided they continue to pay each month or have paid up-front, and is non-transferrable.
- All proceeds go to Great Wilbraham Primary School.
- As stated, all prize money above is a guaranteed minimum subject to the number of members quoted. More may be paid.
- The maximum number of members is 100.
